      how to get from the airport to vienna city / public netbase & conference

      1) take the buss from the airport, leaves in front of the building, goes to three different locations, if you want to go to Netbase directly:

      a) take the one that goes to "Westbahnhof" (west-trainstation), then take the underground "U3" in the direction of "Erdberg", get of on the third stop "Volkstheater", which brings you to the Museumsquartier directly, then find the main entrance, where the cars go through and go up the left staircase to the 1st floor --> voila, Netbase!

      b) OR take the bus to "Südbahnhof" (south-trainstation), then change to underground "U1" in the direction of "Kagran", change at "Karlsplatz" (2nd stop) to "U2" and go one stop to "Babenbergerstrasse", which again leaves you in front of the Museumsquartier, repeat above directions of what to do when you are in front of the museumsquartier.

      c) OR take the bus to "Vienna Central - Hilton Air Terminal", then change to underground "U3" (the nearest station is "Wien Mitte - Landstrasse") in the direction of "Johnstrasse", get off at 4th stop "Volkstheater" repeat above.

      BUS will cost you 70ATS and you should get one of the three almost anytime.

      2) take a train to vienna, i don't know what their times are, not a very convenient way to get into the city. you should get out at the station called "Wien Mitte - Landstrasse" and then change to underground "U3" and repeat the above mentioned in point c)

      TRAIN will cost you 40ATS

      3) get yourself a limoservice

      don't take a taxi if you can help it, they are terribly expensive (between 500-600ATS)

      instead call 1731 "C&K Airport Service" and ask for a limo to pick you up from the airport. it'll take them 15min until they get you, look out for somebody with a sign with your name.

      LIMO will cost you 270ATS
